However, please note that this warranty does not cover any new accidental damage caused by user mishandling. However, there are rare exceptions to this rule. For instance, if you suspect your specific external power brick or controller is actually the cause of the fault, I will explicitly ask to see it. Otherwise, please save yourself the hassle and leave the tangled wires at home. Ultimately, this makes the drop-off process quicker, safer, and easier for everyone.
